This is not consulting, and I am not building an agency. Running this boutique advisory pratice with a small team, I only select a few clients so that we can immerse ourselves in their business and act as an extension of their team - focused on implementable strategy. We don't deliver a thick report and walk away, but provide bespoke, actionable guidance and stay involved as execution is rolled out.
